She studied the Chinese flute from Lizhong Zhang and Weiliang Zhang since she was 8 years old. Ms. Yan possesses tremendous experiences in playing Chinese flute, Xiao, Bawu, Xun, etc. She performed in many significant events showing her great versatility and mastery of those Chinese pipe instruments.
